Quick Beef Burgundy
- l lb beef in 1" cubes
- 1/4 c Burgundy wine
- 2 T butter/margarine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
- 2 T chopped parsley
- 1/8 t pepper
- cooked noodles
In skillet, brown meat in butter.
Add remaining ingredients, except
noodles.
Cover, simmer until meat is tender.
Stir now and then.
Serve with noodles.
Makes 4 servings.
