Beef Fondue

Cut meat into cubes about 3/4 to 1" each.

Fill fondue about 1/2 full of oil and heat to boiling point.

Set pot over heating unit at table.

Place a small piece of bread in bottom of pot to prevent sputtering.

To eat: Spear one cube of meat at a time on fondue fork and cook to individual taste.

Dip meat in sauce.
