Indonesian Chicken Tidbits

• 1/3 c creamy peanut butter
• 6 halves boneless, skinless
• 2 T honey chicken breasts, cut into
• 2/3 c mayonnaise
• 1 1/2" cubes
• 1/4 c milk salt to taste
• 1/2 t curry powder

Combine peanut butter and honey.

Add mayo and curry powder, mixing until just blended.

Stir in milk.

Place chicken on lightly greased jelly roll pan and season cubes with salt.

Brush them with peanut sauce and bake them for 15 min at 350 deg.

Turn chicken, brush with additional sauce and bake for another 15 min.

Serve on skewers (or with toothpicks) with additional sauce for dipping.

Makes about 4 1/2 doz pieces.
