Chili Base

Brown beef; pour off fat.

Add onions and pepper to beef and cook until soft.

/Add tomato sauce and seasonings.

Simmer about 30 min.

Divide into 4 pkgs and freeze.

To make chili: Defrost 1 pkg of chili base.

Heat with 2 (15 oz) cans of beans.

Correct seasoning by adding chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
