Combine cheeses; add eggs and salt and blend well.

Add parsley and optional ingredients, if desired.

Cut dough lengthwise into 2" strips.

Refrigerate 2/3 until needed.

Cover remaining strips with dampened towel.

Use 1 sheet at a time; brush with melted butter.

Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of filling on one end of strip and fold over to make a triangle.

Continue folding pastry from side to side until all is folded.

Place pastry, seam side down, on baking sheet.

Brush tops with melted butter and bake in a 400 deg oven 10 to 15 min until golden brown.

May be frozen unbaked.

Makes about 10 dozen.
